Let us know if you have a questions or concerns that are not addressed here. Thanks so much and WELCOME TO ST. JAMES!

What to Wear?

We have many different types of services that suit all styles of dress. Casual attire is very welcome at our Saturday evening 5:30pm service in the sanctuary and at our 9:30am The Journey and 10:55am Vertical Event services held in our Worship Center. Most people are a bit more formal in our traditional church services at 8:30am and 10:55am in the main sanctuary. But please know, you are welcome as you are at any service.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on our parking lots, across the street at the Jack Wilson Water Treatment Plant and at Fulbright Elementary. A shuttle bus is available during inclement weather to drive you from those areas to the door of the church. If you need assistance with parking, look for members of our Howdy Duty team. They’ll be wearing orange vests and are ready to assist you. You may also park at our Christian Life Center, across the street from the main building. We hire off-duty police officers every week to guard our pedestrians as they cross Pleasant Valley Drive so please make sure you cross near them for safety.

What abouT a nursery for my infant or toddler?

We offer fully staffed nursery care for infants and toddlers throughout all services at St. James as well as all of our St. James events. Enter through entrance #5 and our nursery staff will direct you. Please make note of the directional signs outside and inside the church or just ask someone from our Greeter Team for help when you arrive.

I want to join St.James! What’s next?

We’re so happy to have you as a member of St. James! You can let us know your intentions several different ways. Stop by our Welcome Center on Sunday (Entrance 1) and let us get to know you. Or you can simply walk forward at the end of any service and let the pastor know you’d like to be a member. We’ll take it from there. You can also contact Marcia Dunbar, our Director of Evangelism, at 501.217.6700 or email her at marcia@stjames-umc.org.
